David Warren is the senior member of the firm’s Litigation Practice Group, and has handled complex litigation matters in federal and state courts throughout the United State. He has represented a variety of sophisticated clients, including but not limited to individuals, publicly traded companies, national and regional real estate companies, residential and commercial builders and developers, title insurers, property management companies, pharmaceutical companies, auto suppliers, manufactures, financial institutions, and medical and dental practices. He has also represented both employers and employees in employment discrimination, civil rights, trade secret, restrictive covenants in employment and non-competition litigations.
Mr. Warren also provides consultation and advice on the potential litigation aspects of mergers, acquisitions, corporate and business dissolutions, asset purchase and sales agreements, restrictive covenants, trade secrets, employment practices, and leases and other real estate transactions.
Mr. Warren has lectured on litigation issues before Lorman Continuing Education Services as well as other organizations.
